HarborLiving connects apartment operators' property management systems to their smart locks, so move-ins, renewals and move-outs update door access automatically. We scope, map and roll out the integration, then run lease tracking and access sync as a monthly service.
Who we work with
Apartment operators and property management companies that already run a PMS such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, ResMan, AppFolio or Buildium, and have installed or are installing smart locks from Schlage, SALTO or SmartRent.
The typical problem: two systems that each work, with leasing staff copying data between them. Codes get issued late, revoked late, or shared with maintenance in ways that don't match notice rules. We fix that link and keep it running.
How we work
Software-side only
We don't sell or install locks, so we have no reason to push one brand. Your installer handles hardware; we handle data, rules and sync.
Your credentials, your data
PMS and lock access runs under API credentials you authorize. You can revoke them at any time, and you can export everything as CSV.
Fixed quotes
Each implementation is scoped after a paid review and quoted in writing per community. Monthly fees are published on our pricing page.
